Wes Duncan will bring strong record of service to attorney general's office

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Republican Wes Duncan announced his candidacy to become the next Attorney General of Nevada. The Chairman of the Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA) and Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge, released the following statement in support of Duncan. Current Attorney General Adam Paul Laxalt announced his intentions to seek the Republican nomination for Governor.

"Having most recently served as the first assistant Attorney General, Wes Duncan has first-hand knowledge of the office, working with Attorney General Laxalt to keep communities safe, support our veterans, and adhere to the principles of federalism. As a former deputy in the Clark County District Attorney office, active duty Air Force Judge Advocate and former state assemblyman, Wes is uniquely qualified to serve as the state’s top law enforcement officer."
