Obama Bundler and Appointee Pat Miles, Jr. Files to Run for Michigan Attorney General

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA) released the following statement regarding Pat Miles, Jr. filing paperwork today to seek the Democratic nomination for Michigan Attorney General:

“Pat Miles will do everything he can to run away from Obama and his failed policies in next year’s attorney general race, just as he did in his failed 2010 Congressional race,” said RAGA Executive Director Scott Will. “But the truth is, Miles has spent over a quarter of a century as one of Obama’s closest confidants, beginning with their days as classmates at Harvard Law School. Miles bundled tens of thousands of dollars to Obama’s 2008 Presidential campaign, and in 2012 was appointed by Obama to serve as U.S. Attorney. Michiganders voted for President Trump last year because Obama’s liberal policies have failed so many, and will soundly reject Obama’s protégé as their attorney general.”
